About Me

I am a high school principal with a background in educational leadership at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I have had the good fortune to write several books with friends and colleagues about collaboration within schools. I taught in Massachusetts, received my doctorate from UNC-Chapel Hill, and worked in school administration in Wake County, NC before moving back to Massachusetts. Most importantly, I am the father of two wonderful children, and the husband of an infinitely-patient wife.

    Come to the Franklin Institute to see a group of societal and business entrepreneurs speak about how they think in an entrepreneurial fashion to have an impact on the world. This panel discussion is moderated by Frederic Bertley of The Franklin Institute.
